Hi,

Sandal RUFC U14s are planning a once in a lifetime end of season tour to Parma, Italy. There they'll receive professional coaching from Zebre, and play 2 matches against local opponents.

In order to make the tour as accessible as possible, we want to make it zero cost to any team member to travel. To do this we need to raise almost £18,000. We're doing this through sponsorship and fundraising events, and the boys want to play their part too.

The million metre carry will see them (and their coaches & parents) run, walk, and inevitably stagger 1,000,000 metres carrying rugby balls in 24 hours, putting in the hard yards to earn their tour. Starting at 9am on the 4th of January, the team will run, walk, and maybe eventually crawl a cumulative 2500 laps of a pitch at Sandal RUFC

All money raised from this event will go to fund player places on the tour.
