Based on the circumstances since the Trump administration started, my undocumented community has been attacked, kidnapped, leaving them without the means to resolve their legal fees, bonds and their daily basic needs for their families since the breadwinner was forcefully removed. A lot of our people can legally stay here, but they are forced to choose the option to request voluntary departure or self-deportation because they do not have the legal funds to hire an attorney. If they qualify for bail, they do not have the funds to pay for their bond. At the same time, I receive a call daily from family members who are going through a rough time outside of detention to pay their rent, utilities and basic needs to eat and/or personal use. Specially when there are children in these families, they shouldn't be going through this unnecessary situation due to the cruel attacks of our government towards our immigrant communities. In the past, during the previous administration I had a small legal fund that I myself worked and I was the one generating the funds for this. Now, the community's asks for help are in high demand, which forces me to come to you, the community, to help me help my people. Please, any donation will help to provide even those who are currently detained so they can either make a call or for their commissary. If there are enough funds to help them pay a portion of their legal fees, and/or a portion of their bond. And also, if in their family home there are children, we would like to support them with basic living needs so these children don't experience hunger and they can sustain a roof over their heads. This is all generated due to hate, racism and discrimination of a government who sees us as capital and like a product to keep their concentration camps at full capacity and to benefit the richer in said government. Help us to remove ICE's claws from these families who have been kidnapped by this hateful government. Any donation will help us in these difficult moments to provide the most basic needs to these families who call me daily for help. Thank you and FUCK ICE!

Basado en las circunstancias desde que entró el presidente Trump, mi comunidad indocumentada ha sido atacada, secuestrada, dejándolas sin recursos para poder solventar costos legales, fianzas, y costos de vida para su familia que se quedó sin el sustento de quien llevaba dinero a la casa. Mucha de nuestra gente si puede quedarse aquí, pero están tomando la opción de pedir salida voluntaria o deportarse porque no tienen los fondos legales para contratar un abogado. Si califica para fianza, no tienen los fondos para pagar su fianza. Al mismo tiempo, cada día recibo llamadas de sus familias que la están pasando muy mal acá fuera para poder pagar su alquiler, sus biles y servicios básicos para comer y/o uso personal. Mas cuando hay niños en estas familias no deberían de estar pasando por esta situación por los ataques crueles que el gobierno hace a nuestras comunidades inmigrantes. Ya en el pasado a la administración anterior tenia un pequeño fondo legal que yo misma trabajaba y yo era quien generaba los ingresos para ese pequeño fondo legal. Ahora la alta demanda de pedidos de ayuda me obliga a tener que recurrir a la comunidad para que me ayuden a ayudar a los míos. Por favor cualquier donación va a ayudar para poder proveer incluso a los que están detenidos para llamadas, o comisaria. Si hay los suficientes fondos para ayudarles a pagar parte de sus costos legales, o una parte de su fianza. Pero también si en este hogar hay niños poderles apoyar con algo de sus costos de vida para que los niños no pasen hambre y tengan un techo. Ya que todo esto es generado por el odio, el racismo, la discriminación de un gobierno que nos ve como negocio y como un producto para mantener los campos de concentración llenos y beneficiar a los mas ricos alrededor del gobierno. Ayúdanos a arrancar de las garras de la migra a todas esas familias que fueron secuestradas por el ICE. Cualquier donación nos va a ayudar en este tiempo difícil para proveer lo mas necesario a las familias que me llaman directamente. Gracias y Chinga la Migra!
