Kate Crosmer was  very special and important to a wide variety of people.  To some,  she was a sister,  a confidant, and a problem solver. To others,  she was an adventurous, witty, literate,  and intelligent traveler. You may have followed her animal loving spirit through the zoo,  wandered with her to ancient archaeological sites, or glided down museum hallways. Even if you were not by her side, her photos made it very easy to live vicariously through her amazing life.

Sadly, the beautiful life of Kate Crosmer was cut short on July 5th, 2020.  She died in the same hospital she was born in in Orange, California. Diagnosed in July 2018, Kate lost her battle against stage 4 colon cancer.

In lieu of flowers and cards, the family and friends of Kate wish to raise money to donate to her favorite place, the San Diego Zoo.  We wish to raise enough money to donate a tribute gift to the zoo in Kate's name.

Even the smallest amount would honor Kate's memory and will be greatly appreciated.
