SDCA Turkey And Toy Giveaway & Grocery Store Event

Tax deductible
The SDCA was built upon the foundation of giving back by any means. Our mission is to strive to provide help and opportunity to all people in need, whether that be the homeless, social services, educational, business or law enforcement. This is a mission that we want you to be a part of. With this vision in mind, as well as the continuous tragedies of COVID-19, this holiday season is the perfect time you can help spread joy and celebration throughout San Diego. You can join these acts of passion by helping the SDCA execute our second turkey and toy drive.

On December 17th, the SDCA will team up with Aeiramique Glass Blake to bring joy to San Diego families.  The holiday season will be a little merrier this year, thanks to the efforts of the SDCA and Aeiramique.  The SDCA and Aeiramique will will pay for shoppers' groceries at an undisclosed grocery store.  Shoppers will be surprised and delighted to find that their grocery bill had been paid for and given best wishes for a beautiful Christmas season.

On December 18th, the SDCA intends to give 500 toys and 500 turkeys out to kids and families in need. This event is meant to provide relief to families and parents who are still struggling from the disaster that was COVID-19. Your donations to this go fund me will go straight to purchasing 500 toys and 500 turkeys for this event. You can help be the change we all wish to see in the community.

This event will take place on December 18th, from 1pm to 6pm at the Jacobs Center in San Diego. To attend this community event, please visit Eventbrite to RSVP

The SDCA has done previous events with the Jacobs Center and in San Diego and we look forward to doing more. These events included:

2020 Turkeys, Toys and Meals Giveaway: The SDCA gave out 500 turkeys and 500 toys to families in need last holiday season to provide aid and help spread holiday cheer. We also gave meals to the homeless in San Diego.

Laptop and Food Box Giveaway: The SDCA gave out 100 laptops to kids, and food boxes to the homeless and anyone else in need. Learn more.

San Diego Youth Carnival: The SDCA hosted a free community carnival to help spread happiness. This event was completely free and was great for uplifting the community. With the presence of the SD Police Chief and Mayor Todd Gloria, this event was a huge hit. View Gallery

Inspire Community Unity Awards Show: We hosted a community Awards show in which non-profits and many other philanthropists from the community were celebrated for their contributions to San Diego. This award show was a great event and we’re always happy to celebrate leaders striving to make a positive difference. Learn More

Once again we want to thank you for your contributions and your dedication to your fellow community members. This season of giving is going to be amazing and we look forward to having many more events that are able to supply stability and help to anyone in need.
