As the bassoon faculty at SJSU, I am asking you to consider supporting Samuel Troxell's college fund. Sam is an extremely driven young bassoon player with big talents. His family found his bassoon in a pawn shop. This was a big investment for them, as there have been times the family has only had a few hundred dollars in their bank account. Even with a 25% scholarship from the SJSU Wind Department, Sam still needs your help to reach $12,000.
