Gofundme for Samuel Nleya

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Grace, Samuel's Aunt. It is with heavy hearts that we announce Samuel Nleya’s passing. For anyone who would like to contribute towards Sam's funeral costs it would be greatly appreciated and such a huge help to the family as they navigate through this period.

Sam was a son, nephew, cousin, grandchild, friend, team player, and most of all, a brother to many. He was a cherished student at Bishop McNally high school, where he was attending Grade 12. He loved his sports; he was a trainer for his volleyball team; the Assistant Captain of the U18 NBC2 Hockey team and he loved coaching young kids to skate. In Fort McMurray he attended Father Mercerdi Community High School, played hockey and worked part time as a Hockey Ref in the Minor hockey league. He was a church youth member and so many countless things.

We will remember him as an avid Rangers fan (I will miss trying to convince him to be a supporter of one of our Canadian teams, but at least he lived to see this year 's Stanley Cup games to see our potential).

Feel free to share this with all the people he touched. If you want to give, you can either do an e-transfer to [email redacted] or give through this page. We would appreciate it if you could share messages and photos as well.

We appreciate your prayers, your giving, your reaching out, and the countless ways that you have touched and continue to touch Sam's family. We will update people who would like to attend the funeral once we have the arrangements made. May God bless you.
