Dear friends, family, and everyone who loved Sam,

It’s hard to find the right words to say this, but with broken hearts, we have share the news of Sam’s passing. He was taken away from us in a tragic accident, and the pain of his loss is something we can hardly put into words.

Sam wasn’t just our son, our brother, our cousin, or our friend—he was a force of nature. He lived boldly, loved deeply, and embraced the world with open arms. He was the kind of person who made you feel alive just by being around him. Whether he was traveling to far-off places, having deep conversations about life, or simply making us laugh with his quick wit, Sam always left an impression on everyone he met. Sam was kind, brilliant, and had a heart that always had room for others.

Losing Sam so suddenly has turned our world upside down, but through our grief, we want to honour him in the way he deserves. We are raising funds to give him a proper farewell—both here in the UK and in Kenya, where he will be laid to rest beside his grandparents, in the place where his story began.
