Samuel & Jeremiah

I am reaching out to start a GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my sons, Samuel and Jeremiah. They were born prematurely at just 26 weeks and one day. Samuel weighed 1lb 15.8oz, while Jeremiah weighed 1 lb 4.5oz at birth. Since then, Samuel has progressed to 2 lb 6.5oz and Jeremiah to 1 lb 11.9oz.

Our journey took an unexpected turn when we were en route to Cincinnati, Ohio for a necessary medical procedure due to twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. Unfortunately, we were involved in a car accident during our journey. The accident prompted an ambulance response, and I was transported to the hospital. To ensure the safety of all involved, the decision was made to med-flight me to OSU in Columbus, Ohio, where an emergency C-section was performed.

The circumstances became even more challenging as the boys' heart rates began to drop, necessitating the emergency delivery. The medical team worked diligently to stabilize Samuel's heart, administering three rounds of epinephrine to restart his heartbeat.

In this difficult and unexpected situation, we are seeking your support. Your generous contributions will assist us in covering the unforeseen medical expenses and ongoing care for Samuel and Jeremiah.
