On August 2nd, 2020 we sadly lost our son and brother, Samuel Nicholas Guaglione at the age of 20 years old. Sammy was a loving, caring, affectionate young man who would do anything for his family and friends. With the help of Frank Donatucci, Sammy was accepted into First Step Behavioral Health Foundation located at 150 SW 12th Ave in Pompano Beach, FL 33069 on a full scholarship.

Our family is beyond thankful for everything First Step has done for Sammy. They welcomed him into the center with open arms and open hearts and they took care of him just like how his own family would. Sammy was fortunate enough to spend 60 days there. If you knew Sammy, you knew how big his heart was. He would want nothing but to see someone like himself get the help they want and need from First Step Behavioral Health Foundation. In honor of Sammy, we would like to organize a  fund in his name to help other individuals who are fighting battles with opioids . In Sammy’s obituary, our families wish was to send donations to First Step in lieu of flowers, but we  have been told  there was some difficulties sending donations directly to the center. By donating to this Gofund me, our family will personally send First Step a check directly once our goal is reached!
