Samuel "Dean" Pinney memorial

My name is Tobias, and my dad was an amazing man. Most of the people seeing this know of him, but if you don't, I want to share a bit. He loved with his whole heart and was never afraid to share the love of God with anyone and everyone he came in contact with. He always wore his signature cross, a true conversation piece. He was a firefighter, and a radio host, before he became a preacher full time. He was a youth minister for the most amount of time, and he loved that more than anything. Most recently, he was the pastor at First Christian church in Royse City, TX. He had been preaching there for 8 years, and changed so many lives doing that. He wanted to do more, so he drove Uber and Lyft during the week and touched so many lives. He often prayed with them if they needed it, listened to them during the ride, or simply talk to them about anything they wanted. He was in the top 1% of drivers in the DFW metropolex during the 5 years he was driving for them. He was always so happy and ready to learn more. He was in the final stages of his doctorate, his dissertation was complete, but not approved yet. He passed away September 17, 2021 due to Covid pneumonia. He left behind 4 children and a wife. We all loved him so much, he was our rock, and he was always there to pray or listen to anything and anyone. The reason we need your support is because we also have to re-locate my sister, who was living with him and cannot pick up the rent. We also have other debts to pay and to help us get back on our feet as a family. A lot of people have wanted to help, and this is how you can help us.
