Hello family and friends,

I come to you with news of late but with good reason. This Go-Fund Me page is not just an outreach of hope and prayers but also a story. My story.

On January 18, 2025, my family was blessed by God with the newest addition to the Jibaiur and Hapdei family. My name is Samson Peter Jibaiur Hapdei. However, I arrived too early, eager to see the beautiful world we all experience today. I was considered premature, being 3 and a half months early and though I am strong and fighting, I also need advanced treatment which requires funds for the betterment of my well-being.

On behalf of my parents, they decided to keep this under the wraps for privacy reasons until I am fully recovered.

Unfortunately, that is not the case, which leaves them to announce me to you all. Something they have always wished to do in the first place but concerning my parents, my family upheld their promises. Please understand this point of view, with respect and love for me. I too am excited to meet you all!

With that being said, I kindly invite you, my dear family, and friends, to support my journey by donating to my cause. I will benefit from being transferred off the island for specialized evaluation and treatment for my ongoing respiratory challenges.

These challenges stem from severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia

(BPD), meaning my lungs aren't yet able to deliver the necessary oxygen levels due to my premature birth. Additionally, I have a significant patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), which causes increased blood flow to my lungs, making it harder for blood to reach other vital organs effectively.

Any donation will always be deeply appreciated, but most importantly, to keep me in your thoughts and prayers! I will prevail in God's name and healing! Let us come together to bring me home. I love you all so much.
