Hi, my name is Leanne.

My brother Samson was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident on June 25th, 2022. He was transported by ambulance and admitted to the ICU where he remains in critical condition. When we first got the news from the doctor, his status was unresponsive. After numerous tests, Samson was diagnosed with multiple injuries including:
 
Brain bleeding
Spinal fracture (Crushed/broken spine) causing both legs to be partially paralyzed
Left ear had to be re-attached
Pneumothorax causing both lungs to collapse
12 broken ribs (8 on the right, 4 on the left)
Broken finger
 
Samson had spine surgery to remove & replace his fractured spine. Because of this surgery, he will have to go through extensive rehab and physical therapy. Though we don't know when he will be transferred out from the ICU, we do know that he's looking at a long road to recovery.
 
This gofundme was created to help with the medical bills and other expenses in regards to Samson's health and recovery process. Unfortunately, the hospital has a strict covid protocol for visitors, which is one person per day. So my mother has been by his side the entire time. If you would like to see him, you can facetime with my mother while she's there. We appreciate any amount that you can help with. And even if you can't help monetarily, we appreciate the continued outpouring of love, support, and prayers for Samson during this difficult time.
