Hello Im Josephine from Sweden and this is my dog Sam. 2 weeks ago I was stupid enough to take him with me to see some horses. One of them went to attack (never seen that before and I've always had my dogs around horses). I thought he was going to get killed but luckily he only had 4 broken toes in his right hindleg. Putting him to sleep was not an option sence he is healthy otherwise and only 8 yo. And also I already had to put 2 of 3 dogs down recently so I couldnt cope with loosing a third. Of course it happened saturday evening and they couldnt make the surgery before tuesday. So 3 night in the clinic and surgery plus examinations and emergencyfee it landed on 66000 sek. My insurancecompany payed almost half of it but 36000 I had to pay by taking a loan from my bank. I really dont have this kind of money and the interest rate is high and I will have to pay for 10 years. So please any donations will be highly appreciated! My baby boy is fine he was in pain the first day after surgery but after that he has been happy like normal and Im so glad for that. Also I just recently moved to another town to find a new job ( we had to close the hotel I worked at due to the pandemic) so the savings I had I had to use cause I was unemployed for 2 months.
