Sam's tough mudder for Motor Neurone Disease

Losing my father to motor neurone disease last Saturday has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to endure. In honor of his memory and to help raise funds for research and support for others affected by this devastating disease, I have decided to take on a tough mudder challenge on the 19th October. I will be pushing myself to complete over 10 miles of grueling obstacles in the hopes of raising awareness and much-needed funds for this cause.
