Hello my name is Melissa. I have started this Go Fund me for my husband Sam Kollar . He was involved in a 3 car collision on Christmas Eve which resulted in serious

injuries. We are hoping to reach our goal to help with bills and basic necessities for the next few months. This is going to be a long journey, but together hopefully this will help our start to 2024.
