We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts, as our loved one, Sam Tuten, faces a series of challenging medical conditions that have significantly impacted his health and well-being.

Sam has been under the care of multiple specialists at the Mayo Clinic, where he is working tirelessly with doctors to determine the best course of treatment. However, due to the complex nature of his conditions, there are specific medical requirements that need to be met before he can begin treatment.

Sam's journey to recovery has been a difficult one, and the financial burden of travel, lodging and medical expenses is more than he and his family can bear alone. We are asking for your support to help Sam get the treatment he so desperately needs. Your donation will go directly towards covering the cost associated with his medical appointments, the multiple necessary travel to the Mayo Clinic, and lodging during these visits
