Sam's medical and transition fundraiser

Hello, my name is Sam. I never wanted to do this, but I have been dangerously low on funds due to my disability, making it hard to work for long periods of time. It's unfortunately also very unlikely the situation will improve soon, and getting disability benefits anytime in the near future is not possible. I need money to buy medication, essentials and to start HRT for my transition and gender-affirming care.
