Sams kidney cancer and pituitary tumor surgery

Hi my name is Samantha, my friends call me Sam. At the beginning of November “23” i started passing out at work. Doctors have since found kidney cancer and a tumor on my pituitary that’s pressing on my optic nerves. I need surgery for both. We live paycheck to paycheck. We work hard. I need to be here for my family. My oldest son is mentally handicapped. And my elderly mother is alone now. And I have a husband and two other grown babies that I don’t want to leave behind. I take care of everything and everyone. So please help me if you can so I can see my family continue their journeys and I can be there for them. Thanks for reading
