Sam’s CDH Journey

Sam has a rare condition called CDH. Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia is when a diaphragm isn’t fully formed and has an opening to where his organs are coming through and pushing against his lungs and heart. He needs surgery after birth as well as continued care in the NICU for an extended period of time.

We have started this GoFundMe to allow those wanting to help his journey. All funds will go toward travel costs, housing near hospital, and also total care during surgery and recovery.
