Sampson needs Emerg. surgery after a dog attack

Hi my name is paige, tonight my American bulldog Sampson got attacked by a pitbull while going on a walk and ripped open my dogs chest and back of the leg and wouldn’t let go. Sampson was rushed to the emergency vet for surgery but I won’t be able to afford the bill it would be greatly appreciated if people could help us out with this.
