Hi, my name is Chris McDonald and I am setting up this account for any future purchases or bills Sam Jacobs may have going forward after the loss of his mother.

So many have reached out and asked what they can do to help. Sam has made some great friends in the tri-city area between playing football at Stearns and playing Basketball and attending Schenck High School.
