This page was set up with permission from Sammi's family.
Sammi is a member of the US Air Force who was excited to enjoy her Memorial Day weekend with friends at Powerline ATV park in Saint clairsville, OH. Unfortunately, last nigtht an ATV lost control, hit Sammi and pinned her to a tree. She was life flighted out to Pittsburg where she is now in the Trauma ICU.
She has countless injuries including several fractured ribs, broken pelvis, a collapsed lung, punctured kidney, bleeding in her liver, amoung other injuries. She has already had a couple surgeries today to try to control the internal bleeding and she has more surgies already scheduled within the next few days.
We are setting this page up to start collecting donations for Sammi's countless medical bills that countinue to add up every hour and for any expenses she needs covered while she fights to recover. Donations will also be used to help with her families travel expenses to Pittsburg and hotel and food costs.
To add insult to injury, while Sammi was being air lifted out someone stole her 4-wheeler. It would be awesome if we could raise enough to help her get a new one! Cause if any of you know Sammi you know she won't let this be the end of her quad running days!
