Sammy's Fund

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for taking time to read this post. It's with the heaviest of hearts to announce that my family lost a loved one last night in a tragic car accident in her hometown of Fontana, CA. Her name was Samantha Maxine Ortega and for those of you who had the pleasure of knowing her, you know that she was always full of life and left a colorful footprint on anyone she met. Even though she was my niece, she was more of a sister to me. I only had the pleasure of knowing her for 5 years, but to me (and many others), it seemed as though we had known each other for a lifetime--and that was her gift. 
  

These sudden pivots in life aren't easy and they are even harder to deal with when expenses begin to accumulate. Unfortunately, our family is looking for donations to go toward Sammy's arrangements which is why you are reading this right now. Any donation helps, even if it's $1. All donations go toward funeral expenses and our family will be forever emotionally indebted to you. 

Sammy will be forever remembered for her affection, love and admiration of life. She made even the grumpiest of people happy and her soul will live through the various lives she has touched during her time here. Although she was only 22 years old, the extent at which she touched others cannot be measured. In addition to her loving parents, Carlos Aceves and Amanda Ortega, my family will be forever thankful for your donation, it's tough to put into words how much this means to us.
