Stability for the Johnsons

In May of 2013, Amy was told her kidneys were only functioning at 30%. Within a year, her kidney function had dropped in half and the doctors began talking about dialysis, diagnosing her with end stage renal failure. Telling our three boys, ages 14, 11, and 10 (at the time), was extremely difficult. It is challenging to deal with your own mortality, let alone having to share it with three young children.
We opted for home, peritoneal dialysis. In August of 2014, when all of the medical supplies arrived, our youngest son became increasingly terrified he would lose his mommy, joining our middle son who, due to his anxiety issues related to Autism, had already been praying for "Mommy not to die."
In the middle of all of this, we were served with papers from the sheriff's office, notifying us that the landlord of our house had stopped paying the mortgage (even though we'd been paying the rent) some three years prior; our house would be sold at auction. We recently received notice that we have to move on or by June 17, 2015, just about 2 months from now.
I am a 17 year veteran school teacher, opting for a lessor salary than I could earn in the business world in order to help educate the youth of our nation. Amy, who worked part time from home in the real estate market, has recently been so tired throughout the day that working has been difficult. Due to medical bills related to Amy's diabetes and our son's Autism, and the stupidity of not understanding credit cards prior to getting married, we have only been able to rent. We've been slowly climbing out of debt, but have not been able to save up for a down payment on a house, which brings me to this site.
With three boys, now 15, 12 and 11, we need a house that can accomodate Amy's dialysis needs as well as our son's unique needs related to Autism. We need a 1 level, 4 bedroom house (or 2 story with a master on the main), big enough to house all of Amy's medical supplies and give all of our sons their own room. Our son's autism challenges of late have made it increasingly difficult to share a room with his younger brother, and it does not seem appropriate for our 15 (almost 16 year old) to share a room with a preteen who has yet to enter puberty.
Getting into a house that we own would offer our boys and Amy the stability that they need. Knowing since last summer that we would have to move sometime in the future has caused great anxiety on all of us.
If we were able to raise $75,000, we would be able to make a down payment on a house and garner a loan for the remainder of the mortgage. We have a short window, since buying a house takes time and we have to move in 2 months. Please pray about helping our family as we seek to create a stable environment for our three boys and Amy. God bless you in advance for your consideration.
