Hello, my name is Jessica. My dog Sammy recently tore his ACL and is in dire need of a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy surgery, otherwise known as TPLO. Our vet gave us a quote of 10,000 dollars not including, post op recovery, medications, and therapy. Medical bills for dogs are extremely expensive as anyone with a furry friend knows.
