Sammy needs emergency vet care on Oahu

Aloha all, this fundraiser is to support my sister’s young 6 month old pup named Sammy. He is named after, and a gift from a very important member of our family, our late grandpa. So he is more than just the family dog.

It is suspected that he was purposefully injured, as initial x-rays showed he has a Bb pellet lodged into the vertebrae near his shoulders. Because of this, he is experiencing complete hind end paralysis.

Unfortunately there is not anything that could be done here on Maui, so he was referred to specialists on Oahu for special spinal imaging and potentially life saving surgery. His success at recovery is time sensitive. Any help is soo appreciated by our Ohana!
