Sammys is a special needs child. He is blind and cannot walk. He needs 24 hour care. Earlier this week his wheelchair stolen from the trunk of his father's car. My name is let Haro and Sammy is my nephew he is a child with many disabilities we live in Pomona California where Sammy's custom wheelchair was stolen. This campaign was created to help raise funds to replace his special needs wheelchair.  Any and all donations will be used on Sammy's medical needs and special equipment to help with his everyday life.
