We’ve lost one of the best blokes you could ever meet.

A loyal friend, a loving partner, and a genuinely good soul who’d give you the shirt off his back. He had time for everyone — always the first to lend a hand, crack a joke, or turn a rough day into a good one. His passing has left a massive hole in all our hearts, and it still doesn’t feel real.

We’re putting this GoFundMe together to help give him the send-off he truly deserves, and to take a bit of the financial pressure off his family and partner while they navigate the hardest time of their lives. Between funeral costs, time off work, and just trying to get through each day, we want to do whatever we can to ease the load and show them they’re not alone.

All funds raised will go directly to his sister, Laura Fowler, who will be managing and organising the funeral arrangements, supporting the family financially while they aren’t working, and helping to pay off Sam’s debts so his loved ones don’t have to carry that burden on top of everything else.

He was the kind of person who left a mark on everyone he met — loyal to his mates, full of laughter, and always putting others before himself. Now it’s our turn to give back to him, to honour his memory, and to support the people he loved most.
