As I’m sure you’re all aware that we lost our dad Sammy Bowman very suddenly on the 19th November.

Husband to Sheila for almost 50 years. Dad to Lisa, Kevin and Sean. Grandfather to Cian, Shana, Molly, Harrison and Alayna.

Our lives have changed forever.

Our dad hasn’t been able to work for a long time due to ill health and more recently our mum Sheila has had to stop working to due to her own health conditions. They have worked hard all their lives. Whatever it took they did it, so that we never went without.

They lived modest lives always putting others before themselves.

As a family we understand how hard it is with the current climate financially.

As a family we were unprepared with the devastating news we received.

We are coming together as a family to support with the costs of the funeral. Which has many hidden costs and we will be working hard to make this happen.

We are looking for donations big or small to help give a great man a great husband a great father and an amazing grandfather the send off he deserves. I know this asking a lot but any help would be greatly appreciated by all of us as a family.
