Hi, I'm Mike Lidgett, Friend and local KJ, at Troys VFW.

If you've been there on the weekend, you would see 82 year old Sammy kicking ass behind the bar serving beverages. They don't make them like her any more.

Three nights ago Sammy's House burnt down to the ground. Sammy and her husband, plus her Daughter Terri and husband along with 4 animals made it out safely, but with only the clothes on their backs. They lost everything. I'm reaching out to the community to help out with expenses and support to get there family back on their feet.

We will be holding a fundraiser later down the road but they need your help now. Please donate what you can.
