At the beginning of this month I started a small business called Sammi's Kitchen, little did I know only a few weeks later I would get scouted to shoot an online TV pilot for my very own cooking show. I will be focusing on fresh ingredients sourced locally from my favorite markets and specialty stores around New York and creating rustic, home style meals with a little bit of fine dining influence. I will also be utilizing the left overs for meals over the following week with follow up recipes that are creative and, sometimes, better than the original!

This is a very real childhood dream coming true and in order to shoot the pilot, I have to raise a portion of the budget myself. It would mean the world to me if you could help this dream become a reality!
