Sam was in a tragic accident in January 2018 and suffered a spinal cord injury. He was paralyzed and will be wheelchair bound for the rest of his life
He has a long road of medical care and rehabilitation ahead of him to learn to live and thrive with his disability. Additionally, Karin and the kids will need to renovate the house and rearrange their lives to support the new family reality. 

All funds raised will be used to support the family's medical and rehabilitation costs. Things like wheelchairs, PT & OT, ramps and supports.

Any funds that are not used by the family will be donated to an organization that supports people with disabilities.
