Our very own purple-haired, Anime-loving, rock-climbing Sami Haberkorn has been a stylist here at Hair Theatre Salon for 11 years. As an educator at both the salon and on stage for Prorituals and Bodyography, her passion for the beauty industry has inspired many. If you’ve met Sami, you know how she radiates love, fun, and positivity.

On September 25th, Sami was rock climbing for the first time outdoors. She fell 15 feet, narrowly missing the crash pad resulting in 2 fractures in her tibia and heels. She has already been in surgery which went very well and resulted in some new shiny metal in her legs.

Considering her job requires her to be running around making people’s hair fabulous all day, a cast makes that near impossible. 6 weeks with no weight on her injuries means she will be unable to work. Sami’s road to recovery will be physically and financially challenging. We are rallying together to help one of our own. Starting now, we will be collecting any donations that you are generous enough to provide. Later this month, we will be holding a “cut-a-thon” to further assist monetarily. Details are pending.
