Help Leanne Jolicoeur Fight Cancer

It breaks my heart to even know that I am sitting down to write this about such an incredible women, daughter, friend and mother but sadly, the C word doesn’t ever seem to pick it’s warriors fairly. Our amazing Leanne Jolicoeur, who lives in our Norton community is facing the battle of a lifetime now against cancer all while still staying strong for her precious 11 year old twins, Max and Nick Jolicoeur 

On October 7, 2020, Leann Jolicoeur was diagnosed 
with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer that has 
spread to her lungs, liver, spine, hips, femur,and now her brain. She has spent the last several months undergoing a combination of surgical and chemotherapy treatments. Despite both the physical and mental impact of her treatment Leann had continued serving our community throughout the COVID- 19 pandemic as a Respiratory Therapist on the front lines, putting her own illness aside to continue to support and help some of the sickest patients achieve their own health. The transition of Respiratory Therapist as a single mother to being unable to work has only made the unimaginable medical expenses of her cancer treatment even more daunting than they were to begin with. 

In order to ease the burden of medical expenses, along with the ongoing cost of living, I have organized this GO FUND ME as a way for us to rally around a woman who has put her own needs aside for the well being of others far more than we could imagined. Leann and her boys have a long and difficult journey ahead and any donations you provide are certain to offset the stress of finances for them as they begin going down the road that this awful disease has brought them to.
