Hi,

My name is Sujan Sannidhi, and I'm a rising junior at Independence High School. Education has always been one of the most important parts of my life. Ever since I was young, I was held to a certain expectation to do well in my studies. Growing up in the United Kingdom and later moving to the United States, I experienced two very different education systems. Two systems that were so different but so common. That change was hard, but it wasn't impossible because of the people around me and the resources I had to overcome obstacles as they came my way. I had family and friends by my side to support me in my educational journey, taking so much stress and things I needed to worry about off my shoulders.

This isn't the same for everyone. There is so much talent and so many students around the world who are eager to learn, but they lack resources or even access to achieve their dreams. Some families struggle to afford notebooks, pencils, or even backpacks to attend school.

That's why this summer I am raising funds to support students in Narasaraopet, India, as they prepare for the upcoming school year, which begins in 2 weeks. The goal of this fundraiser is to ensure these students start the academic year with the resources they need to learn.

Your donation will help provide educational materials, anywhere from erasers to notebooks, that will be distributed by me in the following 2 weeks. Pictures and testimonials will be recorded and uploaded to the website.
