I have had the honor of working in 2 schools and 2 training placement centers in Cambodia in the past 6 months. These school provide educational opportunities for children (pre-K - 12) who otherwise would not attend school. The schools are located in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
It costs an average of US$30 per month to cover the cost of one child. My goal is to raise enough money to cover the cost of a minimum 10 children for a full year. There are over 100 students currently in each program.
The money raised would cover educational materials, transportation and snacks. These children have become very important to me and I want to give them an opportunity to study and become leaders in their communities.
I realize this is a lofty goal, but I know with all your support we can make it a reality. I appreciate your support more than words can express.
