Samantha’s Crohn’s disease journey

Hello, my name is Mindy and I have had the pleasure of working with Allison for over 12 years. She and her husband, Mike have done so many selfless things for everyone around them and now need us to give that back to them.

Their daughter, Samantha has been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and recently has needed emergency surgery. She spent numerous days in the children’s hospital in Orlando. Allison and Mike have been by Samantha’s side and with that comes not being able to fulfill their normal work schedules. Samantha needs certain medications and shots that her insurance is NOT going to cover. The costs is in the THOUSANDS! These medications are necessary to keep her out of the hospital. Samantha will have to undergo another surgery in a few months. So this is a long journey of healing.

On top of this, Allison and her family have been taking care of her parents. Her father is in hospice care and her mother is battling some health problems as well. So again, she has not been able to be at work as usual.

Allison is one of the most kind, giving and empathetic people I have had the pleasure of knowing. She has helped me numerous times in my time of need with a smile. So I’m asking please to help me, help her. Even if you could skip having a coffee out and donate that money for Samantha, it would mean a lot. Thank you so much!
