Dear friends,
This is to update you all about Samarpan’s current health situation and Punam’s financial situation and the family’s need. Samarpan is back in hospital with a high fever and other health issues. This poor kid and his strong and wonderful parents have fought this battle with Leukemia for almost a year now. You and I have been walking along with the family in prayers, love, care and with well wishes but we could probably never feel the suffering and the pain the family has been going through.
Samarpan’s life is attached to his parents’ life. My friend Ben and I have seen, have met and have shared many meals with this family on so many different occasions and we could feel the joy and excitement that little Samarpan brings to Punam and Rachna’s life.
In the past 7 months, we were able to raise almost 7000.00 USD to help Samarpan. It was indeed a tremendous help to the family. Thank you all for helping. As Samarpan’s health struggles continue, we are reaching out again to spread the word about another round of fundraising. This time, our goal is 4000.00 USD. We realize this might be a lot to ask, but the family’s financial needs are mounting as Samarpan continues to battle his illness. As you are able, we ask that you please give and spread the word. Let us do what we can.
