Samantha Shore Memorial Fund

Sam's two-year battle with cervical cancer ended on March 1st, but the things she was passionate about are ongoing. She loved kids, not just hers but all of them. She believed in the public school system and understood the importance of exercise, both physical and mental.

When it comes to spectator sports, Sam was her kids' #1 fan, so you can understand why we've selected the athletic department in the Patagonia School system as the beneficiary of this fundraising effort. The athletic director confirmed that the Dr. Dish CT+ system (a basketball training tool) is at the top of his wish list which means the first $6500 we raise will go directly to securing that equipment for the “LOBO” community. Anything more will be applied to a BP3 baseball and softball pitching machine that will also be purchased in her memory.
