On February 7th, Samantha had to be airlifted to San Antonio for an emergency C-Section due to some unknown pregnancy complications.  Those complications ended up being HELLP, a type of Preeclampsia which caused Samantha's liver to start failing.  Both Samantha and Sailor are doing well, Praise Jesus!  Sailor was born 10 weeks early though, and will have to stay in the NICU for several weeks, possibly a couple of months. 

Due to the life flight ride, emergency surgery and Sailor's extended hospital stay, we are asking for donations to help Samantha & Zak offset some of the medical costs.  Their insurance will cover some, but there will be many bills insurance will not cover.  We would like to remove some of the stress by helping them out financially.  Any amount will be greatly appreciated.

Sweet Sailor is named after her daddy Zak.  He is a Navy Veteran and Offshore Boat Captain.  They already have a pretty special bond and he can't wait to get her on the boat for their first fishing trip. 

There is also another way you can help. Zak and Samantha will be driving to the hospital daily while Sailor is in the NICU. We also ask that you continue to pray for complete healing for Samantha.  Also pray for Sailor to develop and grow quickly so she can join Zak, Samantha and her big sister Madison at home as soon as possible.
