Hey guys! Samantha here and excited to share with you a great opportunity God has given me and to also ask you to be a part of my team.
Some of you may know that my brother David recently returned from YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Disciple Training School (DTS) in the U.K. with missions outreach in Uganda. He had an amazing experience and I can clearly see how impacted he was. While he was there, David encouraged me to pray about doing a YWAM DTS as well. I have always wanted to do this. I’m called to world missions. I know that but I just haven’t had the right opportunity until NOW!
YES! I have been accepted into the Amsterdam, Netherlands YWAM (Crossroads DTS) for training beginning May 22! Yes, that’s coming FAST! But I have prayed about this a lot and I believe that God has called me to learn, study, and grow (this is called the Lecture Phase and lasts approximately 3 months) and then to love, serve, and go (this is called the Outreach Phase and will be missions somewhere in Europe approximately 2 months).
So I’m asking you to be on my team! I ask for your prayers of course. I’m counting on those! But I’m also asking you to contribute as a financial partner in my training and outreach. I’m counting on that as well. The costs of the school training, travel, outreach phase, room and board is $7,000. For my Go Fund Me--we are setting the goal here as $4000 and are counting on additional support by mail and VENMO. Would you pray for me? Would you also pray for the people that Jesus will impact through my missions? Would you pray about what financial gift you might offer to support me in my calling?
