This is for an amazing woman, wife and mother, MY PERSON , that was taken way too soon. She cared for so many and was loved by all that knew her.
At around 3:40 p.m. on Tuesday August 4th, the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision. The police’s initial investigation indicates that a vehicle travelling southbound on Highway 35 collided with a vehicle travelling northbound on Highway 35. The driver of the northbound vehicle, 50-year-old Samantha Lindquist, died as a result of the collision.
