Samantha Cole was born with a heart condition called D-Transposition. This condition is where her two main arteries carrying blood from the heart are reversed. Because of this she cannot keep up her oxygen levels up. She is being transferred to a hospital in San Francisco to have surgery to correct this condition. Dillon her dad will being flying with her where they will have to stay for at least a few weeks. I will not be able to go due to having a emergency C-section with complications. Our family will need help with expenses traveling to San Francisco and staying down there for a few weeks. Thank you everyone and please keep our little Samantha in your thoughts and prayers.
