Hey family and friends! Life has taught me that asking for help is not a weakness but a strength. As most of you know I am a nurse and I recently had a baby boy, Hassani, I have had a lot of different health issues that I have been battling since January of 2020. The most recent event that has me here reaching out for community is my recent diagnosis of A liposarcoma which is a rare type of cancer that develops in your fatty tissue. This type of tumor can grow anywhere in your body. Common places include your abdomen, thigh, and behind your knee. A liposarcoma is a malignant tumor. This means the cancer can spread to other areas, including vital organs.

 Unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed due to the complexity of this type of cancer because there are many malignant soft tissue tumors that have a completely different diagnosis. Making this to treat and even more complicated to diagnosed properly. Fortunately, from the findings it is a low grade sarcoma, meaning it has a lower chance of spreading. However, I am to undergo radiation per protocol for this type of cancer and at this stage. I ask for your prayers and support. This has been an extremely humbly experience, However, I believe my higher power will see me through. 

Im raising money for me and my son. I have been unable to work since March 2020 . I was anticipating returning to work in July. However, having to undergo radiation has postpone that return. Unfortunately, I have medical bills, housing, etc. to maintain. Any amount of a donation, even your consideration is truly appreciated.
