War brings destruction, death, pain, and suffering. Please read this with your heart.

My name is Samaher. I’m originally from Lebanon but lived in Turkey with my husband. We moved to Gaza for the birth of our first child and to meet his family, but the war started three months after we arrived. Our dreams were shattered.

We faced bombings, starvation, and a gas attack. Our house was destroyed, and we had to move frequently to escape danger. I sustained serious injuries and still suffer from severe pain.

Despite the risks, my husband’s family now lives in their damaged, unsafe house because they have no other place to go. My son and I moved to the south, enduring a perilous journey and now living in harsh conditions in Rafah.

In Rafah, we struggle with food and water shortages, and the living conditions are extremely poor, especially for children. There is no where left for us to go. After all these hardships, I seek your help to start a new, safe life for me and my family.
