Grace and Peace, family and friends.

Michael Thomas (also known as Sam) passed away suddenly at 39 years of age. He entered the hospital with flu-like symptoms and left this earth 96 days later. His untimely death has left a significant void in the hearts of all of those who knew him. 

 

Those that mourn this loss greatest are his mother, who remained by her son’s bedside every day in his final days; and Sam’s 11-year-old son, Jeremy.




All death is ill-timed, and the passing of Sam has left a tremendous financial burden for this beautiful family. Prayerfully, we ask that you consider contributing to the final arrangements of a man well-deserving of a celebration for his life. Furthermore, any leftover money from the homegoing funds collected will be added to Jeremy’s college fund.
