In Loving Memory of Sam Woodey

It is with immense sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved manager, Sam Woodey. Many of you may have known Sam for years, as she dedicated over 18 years of service to our practice. She began her journey with us as a receptionist, later becoming head receptionist, and more recently, stepping into the role of manager.

Sam was not just an integral part of our team, she was a dear friend to us all. She had an incredible memory, a wonderful sense of humor, and an unmatched spirit.

Always with a big, beautiful smile, Sam greeted everyone: patients, families, and colleagues with warmth and kindness. Her genuine care for others shone through in everything she did.

For all of us, Sam was more than a colleague; she was a special friend .

She offered support, love, and thoughtful advice during both the good times and the bad. Sam made Kingswood practice a very special place to work and she was so proud to be part of the practice serving the Kingswood community .

Her presence in our lives will be deeply missed, but her legacy of compassion and friendship will never be forgotten.

She will live forever in our hearts.

Thank you Sam, for all your dedication and hard work. It is time for you to rest in peace . We are broken, but your legacy will be forever remembered and it will help us to continue serving our patients and move forward.
