Hello everyone. We are creating this GoFundMe for Sam Wardle and his piling medical bills. On September 5th Sam was in a dirt bike accident and has sustained life threatening neurological injuries from the accident. He was taken in an ambulance to the Logan Regional hospital until he was eventually transported via Life Flight to McKay-Dee hospital in Ogden, UT. He has a lot of bleeding in his brain as well as hemorrhaging. Along with fractured ribs, sternum, and fractured skull, Sam is in a rough condition. The doctors have told us that it could be weeks before he is awake from his medical-induced coma.

We are creating this GoFundMe asking our amazing community for help with the stacking medical bills. Every single dollar will help relieve the stress from Sam once he is awake of these bills.
