Sam Ryan Bellamy Violent Hit and Run Emergency
Donation protected
On Thursday, April 21st at Midnight, Samuel Ryan Bellamy was finishing up his job and heading home. In the way home, a truck driving on the wrong side of the road accelerated and plowed into him. The driver then fled the scene immediately. Sam was thrown from his seat as the vehicle was pushed 500 feet from point of impact. Sam has to kick himself out of the vehicle for fear of burning alive. Sam sustained head and neck injuries, and is experiencing decreased mobility which may affect his ability to play the guitar. He is still waiting for MRI and other medical testing, but he is experiencing intermittent vision loss and dizzy spells. His PTSD from his previous car accident in New York is resurgent, causing him to lose sleep. He currently cannot work as his vehicle was totaled in the accident. This means he has no money for rent, utilities, food and other necessary expenses. It is unknown if he will have additional medical expenses or complications. Any help would be immensely appreciated.
