Help me help my dear friend Sam. Join me to raise money for his medical treatment with his new fight against Cancer.
He has been one of my dearest friends,, companions, compadres since I was six years old.
Sam has been out of work for nearly 2 1/2 years. He has been working diligently to recover from his leg amputation and now his new battle with skin cancer
His wonderful sister has been at his side during this difficult time. She and her children have done their best to help Sam with transportation to and from Salt Lake City for nearly 3 years.
Family expense for transportation costs have been astronomical and continue to grow.
With your contribution you will be helping Sams with his traveling experience to treatment, medical expenses and give him a little peace of mind by taking away some of his financial burdens.
